The Deep End
The Deep End is a conceptual landscape design for the Kansas City Art Institute’s campus green. The proposal builds off a pre-existing patio space that is lacking functionality, beauty and purpose.
The design is meant to give the KCAI community a space to gather. Wether it be for classes, during meal times, or simply to relax while on campus, this space is designed for all by including accessible pathways leading you to the patio.
The Deep End also aims to reintroduce native species back into the landscape in hopes of welcoming pollinators, creating a healthy bio-diverse atmosphere.
